Internship

Internships are a great trial run for freshers as well as employers.

It gives the soon-to-graduates an opportunity to test if a particular sector, or work culture fits them or not. And, it gives employers a chance to take individuals on a trial run to see how they add value, fit in or influence the culture.

PEP Talks 2022 Internship Matchmaking is a first of its kind opportunity for interns to find the right internship and employers to find the right intern.
