Cambodia’s first holistic workforce forum
PEP Talks is Cambodia’s first holistic workforce forum covering the workforce in the light of People. Economy. Progress. PEP Talks aiming to bridge workforce gaps across the value chain over a two days forum.
Through this initiative, The Idea Consultancy supported by the Royal Government of Cambodia will host a virtual event covering the insights, gaps, solutions for the preparation of Industry 4.0 and overall improvement of the Cambodian workforce capacity through digital, technical and soft skills such as empathetic practice. The first forum will focus on digital skills for entry level and high-risk/priority demographics in Cambodia.

MSME Digitalization and Digital Citizenship
The Stronger with Digital Coalition which leads the PEP Talks is continuing its programme activities to train 200 MSMEs to digitalize.
In conjunction, the coalition is also launching a VOD (Video-on-demand) training and advocacy campaign to help underserved youth and vulnerable communities gain digital citizenship to get access to education, healthcare, employment and emergency services - the aim is to lift vulnerable communities from poverty through digital citizenship.
