Accelerated
Workforce Development
The dual strategy approach is expected to accelerate workforce development in Cambodia by bridging tech and knowledge gaps across the value chain. This forum will connect workers to internships, scholarships, insights, free workshops and affordable solutions to gain access and upskill, whilst connect employers to localized industry practices, insights and promotion/brand positioning for stronger recruitment.
Post forum outcomes will result in behaviors changes in the workforce chain as in increasing engagement in up/re-skilling programs where government should adopt policies to empower the people and increasing awareness in communities behavior changes with campaigning & advocacy on workplaces to adopt fair practices and employee empowerment.
With our dual strategy approach will enforce an even more resilient and skilled workforce culture through our activities such as internships match making, scholarships, industry talks, panels, workshops, and capacity building solutions for the Cambodian youth, fresh graduates, and entry level workers. The approach will also result in increasing empowerment and fair practice in workplaces through our initiatives such as Employer of The Year Awards, panels discussion, whitepaper, and reporting which eventually lead to progressive Cambodian economy and communities.

Long-term Impact: Collaborative Roadmap to Continuous Capacity Building
It requires constant and consistent campaigning, research, capacity building and effort to succeed in long-term change. This forum will aims to set a baseline across the workforce value chain and start a co-created and unified approach to workforce development in Cambodia.
1. Development of a Collaborative Roadmap & Conglomeration of Content
Current efforts for workforce development are not in unision and are lacking on-ground data for not only blue collar but also white collar industries.
This first forum will help to consolidate all the insights from expert speakers, industry leaders, private/development/public sector planning and current research to identify a roadmap to be co-created and reviewed be stakeholders across the value-chain.
The first step is getting all these players aligned, and sharing their knowledge - this will be consolidated with research being undertaken by the forum.
2. Ongoing Co-Created Capacity Building and Campaigning
The Forum organizers and its partners (through the Stronger with Digital Coalition) have committed to ongoing digital media campaigning and providing free workshops aimed at both employers and the different sectors of the workforce to:
Improve workforce and workplace capacity through identified skills and attribute building - including connection to market-ready solutions.
Steer public planning and dialogue through on-ground research and insights..
